We are currently investigating the November 28-29, 2011 flooding event that occurred throughout the metro-Detroit region.
Michigan law dictates that flood victims may be entitled to compensation. However, they must file a Notice of Claim with the responsible governments within 45 days from the date the flood was discovered.

1. The Claimant's name, address and telephone number.
2. The address of the affected property.
3. The date of discovery of any property damages or physical injury.
4. A brief description of the claim.
